Pricing and Payment
Skate Dress Warehouse is committed to offering consistently high standards in quality at the lowest possible prices. We accept VISA and MasterCard when using our easy and secure online shopping environment.  We also offer COD purchases. If you prefer to use our COD option, payment must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order only. When using our COD option, please give us a call at 1-800-317-2916 or email us at orders@skatedresswarehouse.com to place your order.  All payments must be made in US Dollars, and payment in full must be received before an order can be processed except on CODs. All customer credit cards will be billed as Skate Dress Warehouse (SDW).

Order Processing/Confirmations
Once Skate Dress Warehouse receives the confirmation of your order, we will process your request immediately. Upon submitting an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation number. The confirmation number will display on your screen and be emailed to you, along with the order detail, when your order has been successfully placed.

Delivery Time
Orders of In Stock items are shipped out between the hours of 10:00 AM-4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the date of your order, with the exception of weekend orders. Weekend orders will be processed and shipped out by Tuesday unless there is a holiday on Monday. You will be notified if there is a shipping delay on your order. Items temporarily out of stock will be backordered and shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify you via email if an item is temporarily out of stock or becomes unavailable.

Order Changes
To insure accuracy and speed in receiving your order, please check your order carefully before submitting online. Any changes or additions made after submitting an order over the web will be treated as a new order and will carry a different confirmation number.

Return Policy
Each manufacturer has their own ideal measurement for each size. Please check your size using our sizing chart before ordering. If the size you ordered is not right, simply call us within 7 days of delivery at 1-800-317-2916 to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your item.  Please return the garment with all the original tags, and the receipt, within 30 days of the date of the order for exchange or refund. We must receive the items within 30 days of the date of the order in order for the items to be eligible for exchange or refund. Please note that only items that are considered "In Stock" are exchangeable and/or refundable. All "custom made" items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable!

Important:
Clothing showing evidence of wear will not be accepted!

All opened skating tights are Non-Refundable!

All custom made orders are Non-Refundable!

Please note: Custom orders also include any modifications to dresses and apparel that carry an extra charge such as an extra cut on sleeves or skirts, or a switch to a georgette dance skirt. Please be aware that these custom modifications are indicated by the additional charge to the option as well as on your receipt.

All shipping related charges on exchanges and returns are the customer's responsibility. Skate Dress Warehouse cannot accept any returns that have not been sent prepaid.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping error or any other error by Skate Dress Warehouse exchanges will be handled at no charge.

Return Policy for Sizing Dresses
If you are ever unsure of your size, please contact Skate Dress Warehouse at 1-800-317-2916 or email us at info@skatedresswarehouse.com to request a sizing dress. We will then send you a basic dress in one or two sizes which you can use to determine your exact sizing.  We will require a credit card, for insurance on the sizing dresses.

• Skate Dress Warehouse will pay for the initial shipping charge.
• You will need to return the sizing dresses within 7 days from when you received it from Skate Dress Warehouse, otherwise you will be charged for the sizing dress(es).
• After returning the dresses, if you decide to make a purchase, then we will credit you up to $5 towards your purchase, depending on the amount of your return shipping charge.
• If you decide NOT to make a purchase, you will simply pay for the return shipping of the sizing dresses.
